- Bug reports affecting calculation correctness: usually within 24 hours.
- General feedback & feature requests: 2–5 business days.

What to include when reporting a bug
To help us reproduce and fix it quickly, include:
- The page URL (e.g.
/tools/tiktok-profit-calculator.html). - The exact inputs you used.
- The result you expected vs the result you saw.
- Your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) and roughly which version.
Screenshots are great but optional.
Feature requests
We prioritise feature requests based on how many users ask for the same thing. If you want a calculator added (Walmart Marketplace? eBay? Lazada? a 1688 sourcing margin tool?), tell us. If we've seen the same request five times, we'll usually build it within a month.

If you're writing about cross-border e-commerce, AI tooling, or independent web operators and want commentary, reach out via the general email above. We're happy to share what we see in the data (in aggregate, never per-user) about how cross-border operators are running their numbers in 2026.
