2. Not financial, tax, or legal advice
Calculations involving fees, taxes, duties, exchange rates, or profit are estimates. They depend on inputs you provide and on rate tables that change frequently. The Service is not a substitute for:
- A qualified accountant for tax filings, bookkeeping, or financial reporting.
- A licensed customs broker for duty classification or import compliance.
- A lawyer in your jurisdiction for any legal question.
- A licensed financial advisor for investment, capital, or financing decisions.

3. Fee schedules
Our calculators use fee schedules current as of their last update. Marketplace fees (TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify), foreign exchange rates, shipping rates, and duty rates all change. Where possible we cite the source. Always confirm the rate that applies to your specific account, category, or shipment with the platform or vendor directly.
4. AI-generated content
The AI tools produce text from deterministic templates running locally in your browser. While we have tested and refined these templates, the output is generic by design and may not:
- Reflect your specific product accurately if you do not verify each line.
- Comply with the listing rules of every marketplace in every category.
- Be free of statements that could be construed as claims requiring evidence (e.g. health, safety, environmental).
You are responsible for reading, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before publishing it.
5. Marketplace compliance
Each marketplace (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Etsy, etc.) has its own listing rules, prohibited keywords, restricted categories, and content policies. Using AI-generated content does not exempt you from these rules. Always confirm your listing meets the marketplace's current published policy.
6. Affiliate disclosure

11. Jurisdiction-specific notes
European Union / United Kingdom
VAT rates, distance-selling thresholds, and consumer-protection rules apply to cross-border sales into the EU and UK. The Service does not compute VAT unless explicitly noted. Consult your tax advisor.
United States
State-level sales tax (e.g. via marketplace facilitator laws) is not computed by our tools. Speak to your accountant or use platforms like TaxJar / Avalara.
China & Southeast Asia
Export rebates, manufacturer incentives, and bonded warehouse rules vary by region and update frequently. Confirm with a local agent.
